EVENTS CALENDAR
Penticton Art Gallery Film Series (formerly Kitchen Stove Film Series) will feature four (4) Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) films over 4 months. Dates Feb. 19, Mar. 19, Apr. 23, and May 21, 2025 (all Wednesdays). There are 2 showings per film, at 4:00pm and 7:00pm.
$55 (Member), $65 (Non-Member). Single ticket $18. Tax included in all prices.
(Note: This film series is curated for with adult patrons in mind. Should a patron want to bring a child, “Parental Guidance” is strongly advised.)
Film selections will be announced in January - stay tuned!
Running in conjunction with the academic school year, this is a free and self-directed drop-in program.
Students have the opportunity to draw, paint, and explore projects of particular interest to them!
Ages 10-16

Using art journaling in a relaxed environment is a way to practice mindfulness while learning or refining and building new art skills.
All sessions are facilitated by a certified IEATA Creative Wellness Service Initiative guide. Using the Expressive Arts approach, these non-clinical workshops are focused on therapeutic presence where participants can create art that encourages resilience, wellness and self-care.
Suitable for adults 19+, materials are provided. No experience is necessary.

Learn something new! Maker Mondays is a workshop where kids will learn new skills, socialize, and get their creativity flowing. Each series runs for 4 sessions, once a week (with the exception of holidays).

Running in conjunction with the academic school year, our Teen Studio Art program aims to develop students' creative potential in a wide range of visual media including: painting, drawing, mixed media, sculpting, and printmaking!
Students will build their confidence, creativity, and portfolios over the course of the year.
