Preservation Workshop | Keeping and Preserving Your Photos Part I

  • Penticton Art Gallery 199 Marina Way Penticton, BC, V2A 1H3 Canada (map)

We create, receive, and keep records throughout our lives. They have emotional, legal, financial, or administrative value. This series of workshops will explain what should be kept, how to keep it, in which order, and for how long. People always ask: “What do I keep? For how long? How do I organize and preserve my family papers and photos? What do I digitize? What do I send to the archives?” The four workshops will answer these questions and many others. Come with some family records and prepare questions of interest to you, with archivist Dr. Claude Roberto.
